ORDERING PROCESS

Made to order personalised items will usually be completed within 1-2 weeks but can take a little longer depending on workload, eg. Christmas time! Once an order is received we will contact you to confirm a dispatch/collection date. If you need something made urgently please contact us prior to placing your order.

COLLECTION

If you are local, collection can be arranged, for free, from St George's Market, Belfast.

P&P CHARGES

Postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of £3.93. We only dispatch to UK addresses at present.

Orders are dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail. We will obtain proof of postage but cannot be held responsible for items that go astray during transit.

RETURNS POLICY

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We put a lot of love into every item that we make and hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you do find a fault and are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days, from date of dispatch, to return your item for assessment / refund, less postage costs. It is very important that you contact us prior to return. We will also require proof of postage. Once we receive the item, in it's original condition, we will assess / refund you immediately.
